Remember when I said that I was REALLY participating in this whole October Unprocessed thing this year….

Well, guess what … I actually have a guest post up at Eating Rules today about my (failed) attempt to make butter by HAND. Yes, only your truly would go totally unprocessed and try churning butter in her living room. Needless to say, hilarity ensured as I ran through the house in a Rocky-esque style victory lap while everyone else was playing on modern day iPads and the like.
