Simple.  Delicious.  Perfect Chocolate Bundt Cake. 

{adapted from a classic recipe}

  • Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (3 oz.)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Grease and Flour a BUNDT pan.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients until well combined.  Add the chips last and stir until just incorporated.
  3. Pour into a well greased and floured Bundt pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Remove cake from pan and allow to cool in pan for 1 hour before removing.
